Nicole M. Kelly

Nicole Kelly joined Slater Vecchio in 2010 and became a partner in 2018.

A significant part of Nicole’s practice is cases involving injury and trauma suffered by children from lack of supervision, neglect, sexual abuse, school and recreational injuries and motor vehicle and other accidents. Nicole is truly honoured to represent and assist injured children and their families or guardians in pursuing their legal rights.

Nicole is a member of the firm’s class action practise group where she advocates for survivors harmed by institutional abuses.

Nicole has lectured at Continuing Legal Education Society of BC (CLE) courses as well as the Washington State Association for Justice WOW Retreat.
