Saeid Shakibakho joined Slater Vecchio as an articling student in 2022 and practices class action and personal injury litigation.
Through class action litigation, Saeid advocates for the rights and interests of harmed individuals. He seeks legal redress for consumers and holds corporations accountable via class action litigation in different areas of law, including consumer protection, securities, and competition.
Saeid attended the University of British Columbia in 2016, where he studied political science. He subsequently earned his Juris Doctor at Peter A Allard School of Law. While in law school, Saeid was involved in the Law Student Legal Advice Program and the UBC Criminal Law Clinic, where he helped clients navigate complex legal issues outside and inside the court. Before coming to Slater Vecchio, Saeid engaged in clerking duties for the Provincial Court of British Columbia as part of a judicial externship program.
Outside the office, Saeid enjoys playing soccer and going on long hikes.
